PPR Rice
PPR Rice
He is young and a workhorse. The Ravens love to run the ball and Flacco isnt the best qb which leads to more rushes. When they do pass Rice gets many receptions so in PPR format hes the guy.
In non PPR Foster
Foster is just ultra talented back, Tate may take a few carries but that should keep Foster fresh. Even when he came back last year he got the bulk of the carries. With Andre and Schuab the defense wont be able to stack the box leaving him great oppurtunities.

Ray rice is my top rates player.The last 3 years he has had over 2,000 yards from scrimmage twice and other year he nearly put up 1,800.He is their third down and goal line back as well. He has the leagues best FB blocking for him and is probably the best back out of the backfield.He's gonna have another huge year.Foster has Tate to take carries from him and I see the texans turning into a full out Dual running attack this year where foster gets about 60-65 percent of the snaps.McCoy is great but is not fonna out up numbers like last year…I'm thinking about 1,600-1,800 scrimmage yards and 10 to 12 touchdowns (still really good but not last years 20TD season).The only player I'd maybe take ahead of Rice is Rodgers as last season he was the top scorer and missed the last game.Throughout the season Rodgers only failed to score 20 or more points 1 time.If you have Rodgers he can keep you in most weeks almost by himself.But the only thing is that you can pick a quality QB like stafford/newton in the 2nd or a Romo/Rivers in the 5th or 6th.So if you take Rice or Rodgers number 1 you will do just fine.
