Asked: Trade help, fantasy football?
Arian Foster, Darren SProles, and Ryan Fitzpatrick for Cam, Ray Rice, and Felix Jones.
Its a 5 for 5 player trade, but these are the key players
PPR, and return yards, so Sproles is strong.2 QB league, so Cam would be paired with Matt Stafford
Which would you take/keep and why?
Answers:
Wouldn't do the trade. Cam is 10 times better than Fitzpatrick. Ray Rice is at the same level as Arian Foster, and is slightly better because it is ppr.
Also Darren Sproles is not guaranteed to be the player he was last year. The Saints offense might be a little different (because Sean Payton wont be there), which means less receptions for Sproles. Also there are too many good RBs on the Saints to expect good consitency from Sproles. In my eyes Sproles isnt that much better than Felix. They are both explosive players that are "passing down" rbs. Also Felix is slightly better because he might take over for a injury prone Demarco Murray.
In this situation, it is a lose lose for you. Dont make the trade.
