First of all, you need to trade rg3 and luck to someone who's interested. You only need two QB's, having 4 in way over the line. Anyway, the obvious answer is newton. He's a top 5 QB and is head and shoulders above the rest of your options

Centaurs- its a horse person. Cyclops- one eyed monster. Sirens- kind of like mermaids but they lure you with the music then kill you. The three gorgons; Medusa Stheno and Euryale. Harpies- things with wings of and eagle body of a bird and head of a woman.Hydras- have many heads look like serpents they guarded one of the lakes that lead to the underworld. The Furies- three goddesses of pain they work for Hades in the underworld punishing evil souls.
There are so many you really just have to look up mythological monsters and find some that would fit in your book. Good luck. Oh and those are just Greek.
