Final Fantasy 10 Endgame Leveling?

I'm near the end of the game's storyline right before fighting Sin and now I wish to do all of the side-quests/challenges and the monster arena… but after playing around for awhile, i'm a bit stumped on how to aquire enough power in a decent amount of time to fight against strong enemies in the monster arena.
I've read up on some guides to find out where things are and what enemies drop what and such but i'm clueless on how to make the leap of power from where i'm at now to defeat these enemies.
Except for Auron (6khp/6kdmg), all of my characters only have 2k-4k hp and deal 1-3k damage with aeons having low hitpoints.
Anyone know how I can strengthen my characters without investing several days grinding my butt off?

You messed me. Are you gay or not? "I still think about them as a straight women". Straight women would never have fantasies towards women (maybe sometimes, but that's more bi curiosity which I think it's not your case). And you're not the only guy! That's just a preference

I think it is horrible what they have done, that is why I want to leave Canada and go somewhere where the women are still women and embrace it, maybe Russia.
