Not by far, but… hmm. It's a tougher question than it would appear, but I'd go with Mr. Consistent (Eli).
I wouldn't pursue it, but I suppose it isn't that abnormal. A lot of people are attracted to a relative at one point or another, and in some states, it is perfectly legal to be with a cousin.
I wouldn't encourage it though… you'll deal with a lot of people looking down on you and possibly even some hate mail or harassment.
I notice you are writing from India and in some parts of your country..some parts of Pakistan marrying your cousin is still a practised tradition but it's obviously not in your part of the country of your religion, which is why you are asking this question.
It's a fantasy and as long as it stays as a fantasy, you wont get into trouble, you wont hurt anyone's feelings but you should keep it as a fantasy and nothing more.
Try to think about something else..there must be someone else you find more sexually attractive in your area or at college? Have a healthy fantasy and you may not feel so guilty
