Please help! I'm doing fantasy football, and I know a lot of great offensive players, but barely ANY defense players. We have to pick at least one D/ST and I don't know what ST is… but I know D is defense, so yeah. Can you name some defensive players I should pick? (Or ST whatever that is— be good if you told me what that is too)

D/ST is Defense/Special Teams- Kickofs, punts, etc. You will pick a team for your D/'ST slot, unless you have individual players at each. Some of the best D/STs are the Ravens, 49ers, Texans, and Seahawks
